We are looking forward to another fun and free community event!

Smart Start of New Hanover County will hold its annual Early Childhood Family Festival on November 3, 2018 from 10am until 1pm. With activities and vendors providing hands-on experiences for children ages 5 and under, the event will take place in the parking lot in front of Smart Start, at 3534 South College Road.
