Smart Start Receives Grant for Book Distribution

Smart Start of New Hanover County recently received a grant from Reading is Fundamental to purchase more than 1,700 books to distribute to young children.  The grant, valued at $3,436, was made possible by a gift from Macy’s to the RIF Organization.  Read the entire article here.
