- Required Qualifications & Credentials:
–North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (Edu 119) or an equivalent credential recognized by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE).
-Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience working directly with children in a licensed child care facility.
-Strong understanding of child development, positive guidance techniques, and NC licensing regulations.
-Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
-Ability to pass a mandatory North Carolina criminal background check and qualifying letter.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
