Star Rated Licensing: Early educators may search for how the NC Rated Licensing Assessment Program assesses classrooms and how Smart Start can help.
Licensed child care center and family child care are assessed by DCDEE and the NC Rated Licensing Program (RLAP). If you need help understanding the process or support to provide high quality care as part of the assessment system, a Smart Start ECE consultant can help.
