Early educators may search for opportunities for professional development, such as conferences, workshops, and online courses, to stay current with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

DCDEE requires early educators to obtain annual credit hours. Smart Start of NHC offers a variety of workshops in which these credit hours can be obtained. We offer evening and weekend workshops to fit your schedule- as well as a variety of modes for learning: in-person, virtual, and self-paced.
