Connection Over Consequences

Children make many mistakes during their early years as they navigate new experiences. This training highlights the importance of connecting compassionately with a child versus immediately resorting to a consequence that may not be developmentally appropriate. You’ll leave with an understanding why fostering an environment where a child feels safe and secure will help them to thrive, not simply survive.
