Creating a Classroom Community

You’ve carefully constructed the room arrangement and the daily schedule, now take a step back and look at the classroom community. Go beyond shared classroom rules and learn ways that your program can foster child leadership and cooperation, give children a voice, and help them appreciate their individual contributions as well as those of their peers. This workshop pairs well with ‘Changing our Classroom Environment’ on October 9. This workshop is designed specifically for preschool aged classrooms.
