Early educators play an important role in making sure children are developing typically and displaying appropriate behaviors. This workshop will discuss what developmental monitoring and screening are, the differences in them, and how they are done. We will talk about ways to monitor children during everyday routines to make sure they are hitting behavioral and developmental milestones. We will also discuss strategies to use if you have concerns about your observations and the development of children in your care.
