When Outside Isn’t an Option: Indoor Gross Motor Activities

This workshop explores creative ways to support children’s gross motor development when outdoor play is not possible. Participants will learn simple indoor movement activities, safety considerations, and strategies to help children stay active and engaged on rainy or extremely hot days.
